Book Recycling Event Held April 4-29, 2022
The Florida Bar, in conjunction with City of Tallahassee, the Southern Waste Information eXchange, Inc. (SWIX) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection held a Book Collection and Recycling Program April 4th through April 29th, 2022.
During this recycling event 18,959 pounds of old Florida Statutes, law books and other hardbound and softbound books were collected.
